Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All return requests are subject to our team's discretion. Please see the details below.

Returns

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To request a return, email customer service at cs@anitrendz.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to:

You will be responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommended to use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange at our discretion. Please allow seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
